As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, my passion is to provide mental health and psychosocial services to other members of the LGBTQ+ community to ensure they obtain the support that they need. As a whole, we are often marginalized and stigmatized because of our individual lifestyles, which has often made it difficult for us to find access to providers who can support us in a non-judgmental and non-critical way. My approach to the counseling experience is warm, inviting and collaborative in nature.

Over the past ten years, I’ve worked with members of the LGBTQ+ community in a variety of areas, including mental health, behavioral health, and medical settings. Throughout that time, I’ve gained the skills and knowledge needed to help you work through many of the issues you may be facing.

I’ve worked with individuals as well as groups. And I’ve helped clients deal with a wide variety of problems, including grief and loss, behavioral disorders, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, and more.

In addition, I have far-reaching experience in both inpatient and outpatient services, community outreach, and client resource coordination.

My extensive background has given me the tools, knowledge, and empathy needed to help you address your individual concerns through the therapeutic process. I will walk with you, step by step, throughout this journey of self-discovery and improvement.

My therapeutic modalities include…

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Solution Focused Brief Therapy
  • Humanistic/Person-Centered Approaches
  • Coaching

As we take this journey together You can trust that you’re getting a legitimate counseling experience – even if it is ‘virtual.
